Enjoy a delicious breakfast, brunch or lunch with a menu prepared by Don Francisco Contreras  and his family. The menu offers four antojitos per person made with local and fresh ingredients. These antojitos may include: quesadillas filled with fresh ingredients such as huitlacoche, spinach, or squash blossom; pork gorditas, tlacoyos or sopes. It also includes, a fresh harvest salad.

Don Francisco is a fifth generation farmer who still grows and harvests different races of heirloom corn in the nearby town of San Miguel Xicalco, Tlalpan. He is a proud member of the arca tierra’s network of farmers.
